The space is good for what it is in climate control. Cassandra is the best when it comes to being helpful with the rate increases she is the reason for the 5 stars. As far as the company goes their rate increases have been frequent if you sign up for auto pay make sure to pay attention. Before you know it you will be paying almost double within a year.

The receptionist was a delight. Very helpful and patient. Aside from the icy surfaces, snowy sidewalk, unit doors that wouldn't roll up, and interior walls that were floppy and out of place, things were great. Yeah, the receptionist was great!

BEWARE!!!!! easily the worse storage facility in Genesee County. I started at $82 and after 6 months my per month started climbing quickly!! every 2-3 months they will raise your prices sky high!! My $82 has now grown to $150 a month...almost $200 for a non climate controlled unit. I have no options but to shop other storage facilities, DONT GO here! they are not honest to their customers and they lack all respect for them, they gouge their tenants like they don't matter. Trust me, DO NOT store your valuables at this business.

Go somewhere else. Price has doubled, this is the 2nd price increase since I have moved my stuff here about 6 months ago. There was no explanation with my notice of increase they send in the mail, maybe if I saw them making some improvements to the units I wouldn't mind paying a little extra... But this is obviously slumlord style. Move your stuff here, they will promise you no price increase in person to your face, once you move all your stuff there and get nice and cozy they will start raising the price and most people hate moving stuff or don't always have a pickup truck so they end up having to pay these crazy fees. Lucky for my I am able body and have a pickup. I WILL GLADLY TAKE MY STUFF AND LEAVE. I strongly urge anybody to please find somewhere else to store your stuff. If you don't believe me read the many other reviews. 10x10 outdoor unit, Started 31 raised to 51 and again to 71 Get real, I'm out! My ceiling in my unit is also falling in, as well as many others.

Don't put up with Storage Rentals of America's price gouging, I'm moving just down the road for the same 10x10 at a rate of $52!! instead of $150 that Storage Rentals of America has grossly inflated to. The only thing good at this location is Cassandra, she has always been respectful, understanding and professional. People are leaving this location over gouging, not because of any employees. You Rock Cassandra!
