Your customer service lady in Grand Rapids mi is not friendly or polite. I don't know her name but she was the one I dealt with lady week. She needs to obtain excellent customer service. Se made me not want to deal with Devon. Had I been able to find another storage to accommodate me I would have taken my my business elsewhere.
