Pam and binx are very nice, but difficult to get into your unit. Had to find a large enough storage unit very last minute in February in the snow. There is very little room to drive between the units to begin with, and there is what looked like a cement median down the center between the units like a divider. I asked Pam if it was, and she told me no, the owner requests the lot to be plowed like this on purpose so people don’t back into their units 🙄. Very hard to get a trailer through the lot without getting stuck in the owners homemade snow banks, hopefully it will be better when the snow melts.

The staff here are A+. I had time senstive issue and Pam was an absolute angel, helping me to resolve it. Her and Jim bent over backwards to assist me and accomplish it in the short window I needed it done. Thank you!!
