I wish I was able to write a better review but I can not, I had 2 units with this place and in both of my units I had mold on my furniture due to poor up keep on the outside of the units also they re-did the lot and I had dust and junk all in my unit from that but what really upset me was rent is due on the first I moved out on the 3rd but it was a holiday (New years) so I called on the 5th Monday to let them now we were out of the one unit and was told they do not pro rate and would do nothing to reimburse me Januarys rent. I had these units for 2 yrs paid on time and they will do nothing. Very upsetting. Will never use again or recommend to anyone.

I had no problems renting a unit. Everyone i talked too at National Storage were kind and very helpful. Would recommend to friend.

The price was right and they made it was clean and easy. Every thing worked well from the key code at the gate to the unit that had A lock and key in it ready for us to lock the unit when we were done loading.

No issues for over 5 years until national took over and increased our already ridiculously high bill, $215/m to $270/m. When I cleaned out mid-month, I found they won’t prorate my balance! I should have let it set empty for two weeks until checking out.
