Well the starting rate was less expensive than other units in the area of same size. 6 months pass and they increased the rate. The maintenance seems to be lacking (alot of rubbish and leaves left from fall that never got cleaned up) . My latch for my unit has cut marks with sharp edges from them cutting off previous tenants lock (they sent maintenance to grind it down so it's less sharp now). Could be worse, hopefully they don't keep raising the monthly fee or we will have to go elsewhere. Update they do read the reviews and I was reach out to by corporate and they were able to keep my rate for the time being but was informed that sooner than later it will be raised.

The unit I got look like it was broken into before the door is al damaged and the bracket is all twisted its hard to slide over to put my padlock on it.not happy

I have to say that I wasn't at all happy when I didn't receive any notice. My husband and I were paying $130 for rent. Besides the fact that my rent went up to $165.00. If I'm not mistaken, that's a big jump! If I am a valued customer, why wasn't I notified?

Went today to see our new storage space. Was not happy at all. I am going to have to do a major cleaning of this unit before I can move any of my items into it . I am very disappointed.
