I had a great experience renting a storage unit at CubeSmart. One of the things I love most is how convenient it is—you can drive right up next to your unit, which makes loading and unloading incredibly easy. The facility is also climate controlled, so I feel confident knowing my belongings are protected and kept in good condition. The property is clean, well maintained, and easy to access. I also want to thank Ken for being so friendly and helpful—his great customer service really made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend CubeSmart to anyone looking for a reliable storage option.

Pretty much a bait and switch for pricing. My rate increased about 25% after 4 months. When you first sign up, they add $29 admin fee, then $16 "Protection Plan". I was able to have the protection removed by providing insurance certificate, then only 3 months later, the 25% increase. The space is great and the local people are very nice. Corporate, not so much. I had hoped for a long-term solution, but unlikely now.

Poor communication and they say one thing then wait last minute to change the situation. Give 30 days to move out when you did absolutely nothing wrong. Won't give a reason for the actions. Avoid this place at all cost. They rent units as climate control but it dont work and they say they will not fix nor give money back for it not working. Horrible place.
