I had my belongings in storage for almost a year. Never had any issues. Staff was kind. Was able to set up auto pay. The facility always informed me of any changes and things going on with the grounds. Easy access. Staff responded promptly when calling to ask any questions. Exiting was easy! Just a call and all set. No issues with this storage facility. Priced reasonable as well with comparing comps.

This place will harass you like you stole something from them as soon as your a couple days late on your payment. I rented a small unit from them over 3 years ago and it was $79 I think when I started and by the time I cleaned it out I was paying $100 and $120 if it was late. They text, email, and call multiple times every single day when your late and they even told me once you are 5 days late they put their own lock on your unit. I'm like wow! I'm honesty only leaving this review because I've gotten like 5 emails since I cleaned out my unit to do so. It's like enough with the harassment already. So here is your honest review. I'd go elsewhere if I was you.

Edit: over the phone after hours i called to switch units as we were in the process of a move and we already had a smaller unit, i just wanted the remaining time to be transfered to a bigger one. Over the phone i was told i owed nothing due to the change and remaining time, nobody there told us anything was wrong. They got a "new system" which said i did not owe a bill until it did, I called and asked to which I was told they had no control over it and was forced to accrue a late fee due to a sudden almost 200 dollar bill i was now forced to pay because of course the day after getting ahold of them about it the system gave me a late fee. In trying to reach their office about the late fee, I never got back ahold of the office lady, we have 2 storage units so I went with my girlfriend to hers as we have been in and out trying to get rid of things as we moved from a house into a camper, this Wednesday we were there and the manager decided to lock us out of both our units even though hers was paid up, and got into a verbal altercation with us at the gate about how he "caught us" like we were criminals or something?? After 10 minutes of back and forth and his "i think, I feel, i dont care what you say is incorrect" attitude, I paid my fee minus the late fee because I shouldn't have even had a fee in the first place *was what I was initially told* to have access, to which the guy says "storage is just a weird game like that, yknow I'm just trying to be the right guy on the wrong side". I dont like calling people out but he came up to my truck when I pulled up to the gate (we were there earlier) and starting yelling and pointing at me, he's lucky I have a brain and didn't treat him like the threat he was trying to act like- very unprofessional. You cannot treat adults like children(nor act like a child when trying to represent a business), i was supposed to receive a call from him or anyone higher up at this place today and no one called- their "system" says i keep getting emails and texts that I am viewing which I'm not recieving and have no real notice of anything. Guardian Storage people, figure out what the hell is going on here- thanks Pretty great place, not 24 hour but people are friendly enough, give discounts alot for small issues in the process. Controlled climate has a dolly that helps alot. The only negative thing here is the price but you get what you pay for.

Management is phenomenal and so helpful! I worked with them for over 5 years and had a unit for work purposes. Would rent from them again if I needed to.
