The initial process of getting my storage unit was very easy and the office employee was very friendly and kind. Unfortunately, my "free" lock that they offer and provide, was missing when I got to my storage. Also, the lights are broken and/or not working outside several of the units, including mine. Which is very unsettling, unsafe and sketchy in the evening; for customers who can only go after work (5-7pm)...such as myself. Hopefully, they fix the issues mentioned before someone gets hurt; for it's obvious people are getting access inside that don't belong.

Lights broken outside property/storage units. Recently my storage door was damaged. Staff rude and unconcerned. Due to the damage to my storage unit, I added a second lock. Prestige told me to remove second lock (suspect). Yet, I saw several other units with 2 locks on their units (suspect).

After the first week they were bugging about late fees even though I paid for a month I forgot to put my padlock back on after moving most of my stuff out with a week still on my unit and without saying anything they took my stuff moved it across town without calling me , I don't know it felt like a klusterfuk
