⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5 stars for Jessica) As soon as we walked in, Jessica greeted us immediately. She had a big smile and was super friendly! She answered ALL the questions we had, showed us how big the storage was and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with everything. Jessica’s customer service skills deff deserve 5 stars! She made this process that much easier!

So, my belongings have been here a year and recently on a trip to the unit I am renting, I see this guy in the elevator. I have been searching for a new unit since. Unfortunately cause they don't have a grace period once you late they are adding fees on top of fees. So my belongings are at risk..... For infesting pests, and.....and I still have to pay them. Shhiidddd ya'll should be charging them for staying cause now I'm scared to take my stuff out!!! When I called and hit 4 to speak with a property manager.... Nothing. The last that called my number to tell me my account was past due, when I returned the call to tell her why nothing. So I'm saying definitely check out the reviews but seeing is believing. And I have no reason at all to leave false information about a business that's doing so great.

Sam helped me out tremendously, I can admit I cannot make a decision to safe my life. But with Sam’s help I was able to get a unit that will meet my needs. She was patient, smiled the whole time so I didn’t feel like an idiot…. She is just a beautiful person inside and out. I’m thankful to have had the privilege of her exceptional customer service.

The best experience ever! So happy to get great customer service for a change. Devin was so awesome, pleasant and knew his stuff. Show me the place explained everything so I understand packing my things and even offered to show me box options for clothing. Please don’t take my word for it. If you’re moving come here he made the experience so much better.
