Currently have storage here. Brought items and couldn’t get it open asked for help but no one around to come get it open. Said a manager would contact me the next day but have not heard from anyone so I’ve been riding around with stuff in my trunk

On Friday 8/22/24, I was working at my storage unit and as the morning went on I was approached by two women walking and looking at me while I was working as they were leaving one of the women named Kiana (Manager) turned around and looked at my storage unit number and continue walking and talking to the other lady. As minutes went on I was approached again by the manager Kiana, she said that there shouldn't be any vehicle stored in my unit. I said that was my main purpose of obtaining this unit from the representative named Megan, was to stored my vehicle in it. Kiana continue to say that it was not on file. I felt discouraged and overwhelmed after storing my vehicle in there since last year October. No record on file? I was outraged, what if my vehicle had been stolen? No record on file. So I tried to call the corporate office and spoke with a representative named Dawn from the corporate office. After talking with Dawn from corporate she could not give me any answers about my record, she also said that there systems had been updated and there was no vehicle on file. Therefore I felt that the customers should have been notified if there was a problem with locating customers files. We went round and round when she couldn't give me any answers about my record, she hung up the phone on me. I tried to call back to corporate office only to receive another hangup call. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED!!! So I cancel my storage contract. PS. For future references, customers need to be mailed a hard copy of the contract also, corporate ought to be held full responsible for vehicles and personal items should be insured.
