Edit: Received an email from these scammers. There is a NO MOVE OUT policy -- you must give MORE THAN 30 DAYS NOTICE or they will keep charging you. NO REFUNDS. This place was not cleaned from October to February. We're talking diapers on the floor in the entrance. Rotting pile of clothes by the back door. Stained mattresses that smell so bad of cat pee the whole warehouse reeks. They either are cutting their own locks they have the codes to, or someone has been breaking into loads of units. No one watches the cameras. I know this, because their official stated reason to give me NO REFUND is I didn't complain earlier about the condition of the facility. IF SOMEONE IS WATCHING CAMERAS LIKE THE SIGNS SAY, I would not need to tell them SOMEONE SHAT ON THE FLOOR IN THE MAIN HALL. Climate control is a joke, 45 degrees in winter and 85 in the summer. And that's at 8 feet above the ground. Multiple thermostats are off. There was a puddle of human diarrhea on the floor, someone threw paper towels on it, been there for a month now. Yeah, I stepped in that. The roof leaks until at least 8 or 9 units, their idea of a fix is throw a pile of sand down to absorb it. Can't upload video, too bad, pictures don't do this justice. Don't rent here, it's so nasty.

Not only were the doors locked before 9 pm but the signage at the front of the establishment had the closing hours conveniently removed. We also found a broken window of a facility claimed to be both climate controlled and secure.

We had an excellent experience with Storage of America. Rented a unit for over 3 years, they keep it very clean, people are kind and helpful. Our stuff was never disturbed, we felt safe leaving it there. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a self storage unit.

The units themselves are great and the access is convenient, but beware. The rates will double after your first three months. When asked how they could do that, they advised that was a marketing strategy.

One side, you can drive through and maybe get to some rentals, but not all. The other side you can't drive through at all. It's a damn maze to find your rental unit. Why wouldn't you have a map or something? Then I never received the lock combination and it was still on the door. Worst of all, they say it's month to month, but I don't ever remember reading that rent is due on the 1st of the month no matter WHAT. That means that I paid full price for only 6 days in October. I wanted something to line up where I'd have two months FROM the date that I STARTED renting. So, I guess I'll cancel autopay and get everything out in a single day. Not only that, it's 75% for two months only (which I bet is because they know they'll get 5 weeks until it's full price again and not 8 weeks), so the day I'm moving out of it, it will shoot up in price.
