Oh my goodness let me tell you public storage Shelby township was the best experience I have ever had for a storage company. I called them and not knowing what type of storage is really needed the representatives was so awesome there. I mean the day of ordering the unit I was on the phone the representative could hear my voice I was stressful of this moving situation and that didn't have no knowledge of storage, sizes, or anything and when I tell you the Public storage Representatives were on point they were they walked me through everything, ask me what I was bringing to help me get the proper storage unit for my belongings they showed me how to do everything, showed me about the app how to use the phone for the code. Public storage representative they were awesome hats off to them. I definitely recommend public storage with your moving situation give them a call they will help you with whatever you need. They are professional the place is clean the property excellent condition so yes I really truly recommend this company to everyone Thank you Public Storage for being there for me👍

I moved out the end of October '25, for a Winter Storage location) Again John was very helpful, I let him know even though I moved out earlier in the week I may need the space until 10/31. They called to check if I have moved out and followed up with an email. I appreciate the attention they give to us, their customer. They are looking out for our property and their property is secure. It's Great Customer Service, Highly recommend Public Storage, especially this location on W. Utica Rd. Thank You to the Management Team! Received a curtesy call from John (September '25) to make sure I'm still using the storage lot, and if there were any issues. I have been very happy with the access and location of the facility. Nice clean storage units and storage lots. They do care that whatever you are storing there is safe and secure.
