It's a standard facility but I wouldn't say they're worth the prices. They've steadily increases their fees over the last 2 years. It's now more expensive then the unit is worth. I unfortunately am shopping for somewhere that is more reasonable.

I was going to rent a unit here, however they are more expensive than others. I did NOT sign the contract and I have an email proving I did not, however It an issue getting my money refunded for a storage unit I dont even have. I dont have a signed contract, storage unit # or access code yet they still took my money and wont refund it. its a shame I have to leave a review and dispute the charge with my bank. This could have been an easy fix on Storage Kings part. update: Storage Kings will only refund $22.18 of the $65 I paid because of insurance fees and processing fees. This makes no sense considering I didn't even receive a unit # to insure since I did not sign the official contract. I will be making a report to the BBB and disputing the charge. There is no reason Storage kings cant contact the " third party" company and process a full refund.
