Storage Sense - Waterford

Not able to say whether this facility is good or not at this time. This storage property (ID # 13-04-402-007) has a Self wash quarter car wash identified as Unit/bld #^1 . I had an issue (several dollars lost ($12)) since the wash units would not turn on after inserting several quarters , & there is no way to contact anyone. Wondering how I obtain a refund?

The property over the past 5-7 months has continued to improve and the service is so much better..The manager (forgot his name) continues to stay focused on the property even when he seems to be short staffed. Some places let things go, not him. I ran into him several times on the property, he always takes time to ask about my family, and any issue I have had gets addressed. They raise rates often but I’m seeing improvement so that goes hand in hand. I have sent several family members here because of the manager who takes care of us all. Thank you Storage Sense for hiring him! Without him making a difference my family agrees we would all pull our 9 units! It’s the people that make the difference. A happy customer…

Like that you can rent a unit online anytime albeit the payment didn't work. Had to call, but was taken care of right away, which is a good thing for me. Gate was already open, for 2 days. Once it was closed, the code would not work, but again it was taken care of right away, so no big deal. Great customer service on the phone. Thank you.

After leaving another storage lot because the employee was extremely uncaring and rude, I checked out the Storage Sense in Waterford. The attendant was knowledgeable and pleasant. All my questions were answered and my concerns addressed (mainly after hours access). I highly recommend Storage Sense, I'll never use another!
