Poorly maintained facility. Black mold in storage units (seen in video). Leaky roof in building O. Janky chicken wire over units. Minimal security. This place needs a lot of work. 2 stars only because the desk gals were very professional, and I was able to return the mandatory $20 lock for a refund
Rose CzarneckiThis place is TERRIBLE!!! THEY SOLD ME A UNIT ON AUCTION THAT WAS FILLED WITH MOLD!!! I WAS SICK 3 DAYS CAUSE OF IT!! And they say oh sold as is!!! YOU DIDN'T SMELL THE MOLD I DID TIL I STARTED GOING THROUGH IT!!! terrible company!! So if you want moldy smelly stuff then 100% rent from here!!! Building is ready to fall down!! Oh wait they put a new roof on as I was there. U want pictures I have plenty of them!!!!

leeta doreI arrived close to office closing but despite that, the man helping me didn't rush and made sure everything was great. We checked the space before signing papers so we both knew it was clean and no animal surprises. He went with me to check my gate code worked too. He was incredibly positive, funny, and a joy to do business with, especially when I was tired at the end of my work day.
Shahm Khasawnehcustomer service was great, the process was smooth and easy, mia handled our move in and was super sweet and kind, made everything super simple , she also gave us a tour of the unit and explained everything.
