I was very happy with the service I received at Prestige and the facility. I used a climate controlled space and had no issues, always able to access the unit easily, and the staff was very helpful when it came time for me to close out the rental. I'd definitely recommend Prestige for a storage unit

Most affordable I found locally. Very pleasant customer service reps and easy orientation process. Access times inaccurate even when updated a few weeks ago. Went there after 10 PM when it said 11 PM end time. Door to unit broken and not able to lock, no hole for the heavier “front door” lock.

Moving out after 10 years here in ypsi. Used to pay 148 for 2 units. Prestige bought it and it went to $244. I emptied 1 and now the one is going to $176. I found a space somewhere else that canfit2 cars in for $175. It’s 15x30. The one at prestige is 10x15. No Brainer. I noticed while moving out that most of the units are empty. They have Zip ties on them.

A well-run business! I have had bad experiences before with storage facilities finding arbitrary ways to charge fees, making it difficult to cancel, etc. Prestige has always been really easy to work with. I will certainly use their services again when I need them. They also refunded my last month's payment after I had already cleaned out my unit. I didn't even have to request it. That was a pleasant surprise!
