I’ve been here for a few years and recently switched to a bigger unit. The staff is amazing, and out of all the storage places I’ve rented from before, this one is by far the best. It’s easy to access, always clean, and the climate-controlled units are a huge plus. Everyone I’ve encountered here over the years—both staff and other renters—has been very pleasant. Not once have I ever had a break-in or anything stolen. I truly feel safe storing my belongings here and have never had any worries. The only small suggestion I have would be having bathroom access after hours. It’s really not a big deal since there’s a gas station across the parking lot, and I understand why they don’t allow it—it would just be a bit more convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this storage facility.

I was a customer for a year there I Handed out so much money to them With my rent increasing constantly, it felt like. I hit a rough patch in life falling behind on my bills. I had three units and they were up for auction I Had the money to pay for everything plus some I was just one day late having the money. All my stuff is gone three units full of some of my prize possessions sentimental heartbreaking items All my baby stuff, my kids baby stuff, important paperwork the list goes on everything is gone. It’s only been a few days and I’m not doing well at all. I really don’t know how I’m gonna get through this. Not sure if I will. I at one point was trying to make small payments slowly at a time it’s easier for me that way, but I was advised against it so I didn’t. Some of the staff is awesome. This new staff. I can’t believe how they have a job doing this kind of work. I am beyond devastated every second I’m trying to hold back a mental breakdown and the tears and the heartache.

Jodi is awesome! Recently moved out but was there for years and she was always kind and helpful! She even went out of her way one time to review the cameras when I suspected I had an item missing. Couldn't ask for a better service!
