The most stressful storage company I have ever dealt with. First the price went up after a couple months without informing me. No one is ever there to answer the phone or doors. The only time you’ll receive customer service is if you have a balance due. Now I moved out the storage 11/01. My storage was listed as vaccine same day and I had no access to the codes. On top of I am being charged for the whole November rent because I used my code on the first of the month to move my things out which I wasn’t informed of at all. With no one ever in office or answering phones I didn’t know what to do with the lock. When I finally spoke with someone she informed me that. I will have to pay $77 still for November even though my things are out and I have no access to the storage. This is a scam and very unprofessional I will never recommend this storage to anyone. As a single mom that has been trying to get bills together this is mentally upsetting. When trying to do right but still get stuck with a bill of $77 for a storage that you do not have access to or you do not have any of your property inside is ridiculous. Do not move your things on the first of the month or you’ll be charged for that month rather your things are there or not you’ll have no access but will be billed for a whole month!

Raised my rate over 30% in the first year.Just got ANOTHER rate increase! That' is 2 in 12 months! Had a homeless guy living in one of the units I had a run in with, which the office girl denied. Ceiling of the hallway where my unit was leaked water for weeks without being repaired. Kristi the office person referenced above has 0 skill/instinct for dealing/working with people. Very poor customer service! Can't move out fast enough! Moving out this month never to return. Definitely not a positive opinion of this location and would not recommend.

Michelle is a stellar representative of public storage!! Recently ran into vehicle trouble inside the gate at the fridley location. Michelle was very helpful and resourceful and promptly helped me find a solution. 10 out of 10 Thank you

Good starting price, great customer service. Maybe recommend the staff at this location to carry portable phones to answer quick question calls. Minor issue I had was to leave a voicemail for a quick and simple question, would take 24 hours for that quick answer. Overall I was happy with this Pubic Storage location.
