Love this storage. I’ve been with Public Storage for almost 3 years and this location is by far the best. The staff is Amazing and super helpful. Big thank you to Jessica who is truly amazing for always going above and beyond by answering questions, keeping the place very neat and clean. She also made my process very smooth and stress free by transferring from a previous location. Very professional and highly recommended.

I met with Jessica when I was out deciding which storage location to choose. She was incredibly helpful, gave me a tour, and explained how the process worked. On move in day, I met Lisa. Lisa also went above and beyond, she showed me to my unit and demonstrated how the lock works. She also familiarized me with the loading dock options and even found me a cart to use. I'm new to this, but I could not have asked for better customer service than I received from both of these managers.

We need to empty our unit and no one is there to help us. Our key is correct but is not working. I have contacted customer service multiple times, left a voicemail with the property manager, knocked on the door, and submitted a credit card dispute. We're about to grind the lock off. If someone can please respond that would be great.

Jessica was amazing, she helps us resolve our problem efficiently and with a smile. She was very kind. That same day we had a pretty bad experience with another location but she definitely made up for it. You can tell she wants to do things the right way and has the customers best interest in mind. I look foward to any future projects with public storage.
