My storage unit was broken into. When i dont know. The property manager said she called me she was unable to get me on the phone. She was able to show me where she called me December 29,2025 . But I didn't answer because it was a Florida number and i didn't recognize that number. She didn't leave a voice mail she didn't try to email me. I found out January 10,2026. The only way I found out was I went to my storage and the lock that was on my storage unit is not the lock i put on it.So I called and found out that the property manager had known about this since December 29,2025. No additional calls to try and get in touch with me again. No email to get in touch with me to make me aware that my unit had been broken into. January 10,2026 is also when I found out I had some of my belongings stolen out of my storage unit. This is not good business at all.
