Was quoted 3 different move in specials. One was with the representative I spoke with, another in the email I was sent and a 3rd when I went to actually rent the unit. When I finally got in touch with someone at the local store to see what was gong on she wasn't sure either. I was required to take the insurance, even though the 1st month was free, and was also required to purchase a lock. You are almost forced to download the app to cancel the insurance, unless you want to come in the office. If you have your own lock you can return the one you were forced to purchase and they say they will credit your account. Seems like things could be a little more upfront instead of all the hidden fees after you have taken the time to enter all your information. As soon as I have time I will be returning my lock and will see if I actually get a refund.

PATRICIA, represent the company to the fullest. She's been very helpful from the time I moved my merchandise into the unit. I've noticed that she's always checking each unit on site to make sure everyone belongings are safe. That's good to know because she understands that we work hard for our belongings. I've been renting my storage unit for 2 years now and I know my belongings are safe. Thank you Patricia and to Public Storage as well!!!
