BEWARE!! If you don’t want your stuff messed up don’t store your stuff here! Came to get a few things after maybe 2 weeks of not being there and the storage had a leak so bad it flooded my entire box of Pokémon cards, books and collectibles not to mention priceless pictures. I called to notify management and they asked if I had purchased the insurance in the beginning. NO ONE EVER MENTIONED INSURANCE!!! I’m the type to always keep insurance and she just said UNFORTUNATELY there’s nothing I can do now. She didn’t even offer to switch storage units, I had to ask but I was like no way these people are not honorable. Just know if you rent here you will need insurance !!! Hopefully you don’t care about your stuff too much. Now the door doesn’t want to close, had to use a hammer just to get it to shut smh!

Absolutely flawless in my transition to finding a storage unit. The staff is professional and courteous and helpful as anyone could ask for. The units are in town closely watched by the Belton police and there has never been any sign of theft or vandalism. The property is clean the well kept. Most competitive prices I could find too for my application. Ten Stars. 👍🏁. Lol.

Jamie in office is great! Super nice & helpful. Facility itself needs better security & lighting. Many lights don't work or need replaced & the ones that do are yellow & not very bright. Need to replace with bright LED lights.

I used Belton Self Storage-South for 4 months during the staging/packing/moving process of my home. The facility was easy to get into, secure (I felt very safe) and super clean. The rates were reasonable and I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

So I was gonna rent from here, and everything was super easy to get setup. However, I accidentally got the wrong size thinking it would be big enough, and the office lady was super helpful in getting everything resolved.
