Ted was amazing!

What a great experience! Ted showed me a few different units and recommended the one that is right for me. He explained storage defender and sold me on it! The floors here are so clean you could eat off of them.I love the convenience of the loading area and the carts to help you move your things! The prices are very reasonable and this place is close to the airport. If you need storage, come see Ted. He'll take care of you!

Worry Free

I've had an excellent experience so far. I had to move out in somewhat of a hurry and the customer service lady at this location was very pleasant and helpful. The facility is always clean and the security is legit. This is my first experience using storage and I haven't yet had a reason to worry. Large carts and elevators are available to take large loads up to my unit. The overall experience has just been great for a first-timer. I can get in and get out on my own and feel safe doing so.

Ted and Jen, the management at Stortropolis in Tiffany Springs, were very friendly, patient, and professional as they helped me rent a storage unit for the first time. I feel the prices are reasonable for the space/size and the facilities are clean and safe. I would highly recommend!

I have been at Stor Tropolis for a year. Extremely very helpful staff. Very nice & cool people. I give that 5 Stars alone. Plus the units are very clean & nice. The place is very new & spotless. If you need storage come to this place. You won't be disappointed!

We absolutely loved using this storage place. I was with them for almost 3 years but the prices just kept going up every few months! It was doubled by the time I left. I tried called the only number I could find and was told they couldn’t do anything but would have my store manager call to help with pricing. I never got a call. Over all it’s a great place but not for long term due to pricing. We would have stayed if prices didn’t go up constantly. UPDATE- under my review it says to email them. I did and never received a response.

Mixed feelings about this place. The Good: it’s clean and convenient, with large elevators and a big bay to load and unload. The Bad: I received two false alarm calls from them telling me first, that may space had been emptied, then several months later, another call telling me my stuff had been broken into. After the second instance, and an apology, I was told that I should buy one of their padlocks instead of using my master lock ( after the second snafu, I would’ve given the customer one for free). Very promotional pricing, they will raise your fees regularly on a monthly basis, most likely to pay for damage other customers do to their garage bay doors. I suggest you shop around. I did so and glad I did after almost 4 years with them. Storage is very competitive in that area.
