Storage unit was nice and clean. They have several moving carts in each building too which was very helpful. Tyler was helpful and friendly when we were finished with our unit and we never had any issues overall.

Response to Owner - The response is cold and only proves my point. Why should I reach out with issues your company has caused me. Anyone can see the difference between the response to 5-star reviews versus criticism. It’s clear this business only values praise, not its customer’s experience whether good or bad. You have my number on file, the right thing to do would be to contact me. The disregard and arrogance of the owner speaks volumes. 12/6/2025 - I strongly urge anyone reading this to take your business elsewhere. Spare yourself the stress, the hassle and the financial burden. Over time, your stored items will develop mold and as paying customers, you’re not even allowed to use the onsite dumpster. On top of that, after just a few months, your monthly fee will double with no explanation. My payment jumped from $48 to $96. The way they do customers is WRONG. My customer experience with Tyler has been very negative. He’s not helpful and shows no willingness to provide paying customers with a satisfactory experience.
