Pay extra somewhere else. We need an inside unit for six months. The price was right and inside. Now to the problems. The unit was dirty and half the lights are not working. Every month I had to call for a new gate code. Not a big deal. Dec 12th I get a postcard saying your rent is increased 40 per month. Thanks for the two week notice. Then I go to move out and called twice to cancel my unit. The caled over and over asking for payment after I moved. I finally got in touch with the location manager and he was a rude jurk. After a few minutes of bothering him he hung up. Avoid this place
