I'd give it 6 stars if I could. My experience has been amazing here so far. I got here around 6pm on Sunday 01/19/25 and started the signup process online, sadly I was having issues due to bad connection on my end. I called and a nice woman picked up to help me even though it was almost 7pm by that time. With her help I was able to get signed up and access to my storage unit that night. She stayed on the phone with me until she knew I was inside and able to open my unit. Can't say enough about how amazing her customer service skills are. The building it's self is amazing. Great disability access. Great lighting. Amazing ease of acceess due to the wide automatic doors and carts to use. Clean and I mean CLEAN! It's a bit more pricey (just a bit) then U-Haul's climate controlled storage but we'll worth it. If I had any complaints at all, it'd just be that I wish they had larger then a 10x10 unit because I have a lot of stuff and might end up having to get another in the future.

I have a unit here and every time I need to get something, I’m instantly relieved that there’s never any extra steps to coordinate! I don’t have to wonder about office hours, I don’t have to make sure an employee will be there to let me in, I don’t have to worry about forgetting my keys, and I know my stuff will be exactly how I left it. I just wish there were more locations!
