They have raised the rent TWICE in the last 4 months. I was paying $65 when I got there. I am now up to $83. They also require you to pay for an extra insurance policy to cover your belongings in the units. That’s another cost to rent the unit from them.

Went to pull my camper out of there for the first time and it messed up my Frame on both sides because of there parking lot and when I tried to call at least 20 times to cancel my membership no one will answer my phone calls and when I first brought my camper there they told me a spot to put in in and they already had a person in that spot needless to say I will never be back and I will never recommend them to anyone
