Edit: Ryan Lee was able to help us out and gain access to the unit. I give him 5 stars. OG post: DO NOT GIVE THIS SCAM YOUR BUSINESS! I wish I could give a zero star review. My family rented a storage unit here after a house fire. All was well in the beginning but as soon as we needed an actual human who worked on site, crickets. The unit also somehow flooded and the belongings began to grow mold! The units were able to be switched over but apparently they did not properly document the change. We have no access code and therefore have been blocked from taking our belongings. Countless calls to customer service and district managers lead nowhere.

Property manager was extremely nice and helpful!! She made me laugh the entire time I was talking to her and got me all set up for my storage needs in a very timely manner. Great place to go!!!

I'm in the process of relocating my business and needed a large space to store everything that was temperature controlled. I reserved a 10x25 unit. On the day we moved in, upon arrival we noticed that half of the lights don't work. Take note that there are NO LIGHTS in the units. If there are, I wouldn't know because I have called this place a few times, responded to surveys, etc. and NOBODY RESPONDS. We had to use our cell phone flashlights to move in. As we left, the other half of the lights turn on, which doesn't help us at all. There is also no way that this place is climate controlled. It's absolutely freezing. One day I caught the very nice maintenance man, but he was new as they can't seem to keep anybody. If you want to talk to anyone, there's basically nobody to talk to. This place sucks and I wouldn't recommend it if you need to frequent your storage unit in the winter. I will never rent from public storage again.

What the hell is going on with this place?! The gates are left open (presumably broken), garbage and trash everywhere, broken doors, and no attendant on site! There was a truck fire in the parking lot a year ago and there is still fire debris in the parking lot. Lock Box storage was great, then public storage bought about two years ago and everything has gone down hill. This one location must bring in tens of thousands of dollars per month but they won’t fix or clean anything. Literally garbage everywhere. I stopped by today for the first time in about six months and was shocked! Fix this problem now.
