Customer service was very helpful, answered all my questionsﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ climate control is a necessity for meﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦthe 3 month half-off promotional rate was very importantﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦIﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m a senior citizen on a fixed income, unit very clean no damage, easy access and the fact that there is a 24 hours access is very convenient, other facilities do not offer thatﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦsecurity tight, also location is convenient for me and again it was just an overall good experience, thank you so much!

I made an on line reservation for a 5x5 I thought climate controlled unit. When I got there they said they were out of that size climates controlled. I had thought that size would be big enough. I was disappointed they didn't have climate control. When I looked I decided a 5x10 would be better, so that is what I got. They charged me $78 dollars. I see on the page you sent that $68 is the charge if you make a reservation on line. It doesn't seem fair that I get gigged for up grading. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The unit was clean and very nice. The thermostat was set on 80 which seemed a little high on a 90 degree day. I would prefer the temp not to be higher than 70. I am paying for the climate to stay at a middle range.
