I went here just to check out the facility and the manager Julie greeted me and showed me around, answered everything I had questions about. She was very knowledgeable and sincere in the input she shared. She was genuinely positive and very committed to the accolades of what public storage had to offer over other storages. She was honest and straight forward, leaving nothing to guess. Needless to say I will be trusting public storage with my storing needs. Thank you Julie for excellent service and making me confident in my decision to store my belongings with public storage.

So I dropped by the public storage facility in Garnerville because I wanted to get some information on their availability and pricing before I start my move. I called public storage to get the process started prior to my arrival I have rented at facilities in the California Bay Area in the past, so I knew that this was the best way to get things started. The service was amazing ! Usually, if I called, I wouldn’t be able to see a unit that day per se or perhaps hours later I would get a call back to come in and view available units but not here. The three women that I spoke to were on top of it! The first one was the service rep, I don’t remember her name, who I called and spoke to in the beginning then I got a call back from somebody else. I’m not sure who it was, another woman, who assured me that she had contacted the on-site manager of the facility in Gardnerville, and that she would meet me there outside of the gate in 10 minutes! So I turned around and drove back to the facility and there was JULIE with a big smile on her face and a warm greeting for me! I must say, I agree with the other reviewers when it comes to the Gardnerville public storage on site manager, JULIE is exactly what they say. She’s competent. She knows her stuff. She’s friendly. Gives you all the information before you can even think to ask about it. I have not begun my move yet, but when I do, I will definitely be renting a unit at the Garnerville public storage because I know that my stuff will be safe, and that the service will always be competent and friendly.

Great experience. Spoke with Julie, she was so helpful and patient with me and all my questions and concerns. I went there uncertaint and nervous about that thought of trusting strangers with my lifes belongings but after speaking with Julie I left feeling assured, relieved and certain that's where I want to store my keepsakes. Great experience at Public Storage in Gardnerville! Mari was super helpful and patient when I realized I miscalculated my stuff and needed a second unit. She made the process quick and easy. Clean facility, secure, and affordable. Highly recommend! 5/5 stars.

Julie is the best person you could get to help you with anything you need! Her communication skills, guidance and help with any questions or concerns is top tier.
