With Vegas continually expanding, The location for me was Extremely convenient, no matter what part of the city I Lived in. The staff were very helpful, mindful and informative. The place was always clean and the gates were high so that the homeless wouldn’t be able to get in and move into your unit. Adequate hours, but could be longer. All around If I could store my place anywhere it probably be this place

I've had 2 different units at this location and both times have been super quick and easy to pay for the lock/unit and gain access. Never had any problems with stolen or lost property. If I ever have to use a storage unit again, this will be the place I go to.

I’ve had a storage here for over 5 years and they kept sneaking up the rate and it’s become expensive to pay monthly due to medical costs I have to cover. I called to ask if I could pay in full to avoid my belongings being auctioned off and the manager, Isabella completely disgusted me with her customer services. I hope she lied about being the store manager because if this is who the store deems worthy of managing the facilities, I would think twice before storing anything here. I wouldn’t store used baby diapers if Isabella is managing here. If a customer asks for assistance, even if you can’t help them, it doesn’t give you the right to be rude and not helpful to your customer. I’ve been paying for my unit for years and I can’t even get a break for missing 2 months that I’m willing to pay in full. Please think twice before storing anything here and please pray that Isabella learns what customer service REALLY is if they want her to manage the facilities.
