Five stars for Extra Space Storage and a special shoutout to Michael From the first call to the final lock on my unit, my experience with Extra Space Storage has been outstanding. The property is spotless, well lit, and easy to navigate, and the entire process felt simple and stress free. A huge thank you to Michael, the manager, who truly went above and beyond at every step. Michael greeted me the moment I walked in and took the time to understand what I needed. He explained the different unit sizes in clear terms, walked me to a few options so I could see them in person, and helped me choose the perfect fit without any pressure. He also laid out the pricing and promotions with complete transparency, so there were no surprises when it came to move in costs. What really stood out was how prepared and organized everything was. Paperwork was quick, access codes worked right away, and Michael made sure I was comfortable with the gate, and locks before I left. He checked that the unit was clean and ready, brought over a cart for me, and gave a few smart tips to make loading easier and safer. When I had a question about insurance and access hours later that week, he answered immediately and followed up to make sure everything was resolved. The facility itself is excellent. The halls are bright and clean, the climate control is consistent, and the security features gave me a lot of confidence. There are plenty of carts available, doors and elevators function smoothly, and the layout makes it easy to get in and out quickly. Parking was simple even with a larger vehicle, which made the move in much less stressful. Billing has been straightforward as well, and notifications arrive on time so I can stay on top of everything. Great facilities matter, but great people make the difference. Michael’s professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail turned what could have been a chore into a genuinely positive experience. He set the tone from day one and made sure I felt taken care of throughout. I highly recommend this Extra Space Storage location. If you are considering a storage unit, do yourself a favor and ask for Michael. You will be in excellent hands.

Amazing customer service , Micheal And Will and the whole team has been in contact with me since I booked my storage unit. They’ve been very responsive and friendly answering all my questions and making sure I don’t miss my rental start date. So glad this facility is right around the corner from my house and paying way less then my previous storage unit. 10/10 on customer service!

Used a Storage unit, for several years, at the E. Lake Mead Blvd. location, near Lamb Blvd. It was convenient to get to, with easy access off the main road .. able to get to unit up until 8pm. Rows between the unit buildings are very wide, making easy to maneuver large vehicles towards rented unit(s). The Staff there, have always been courteous and helpful, in person or via phone.

Michael and Juan Carlos were great managers but the price hike is just astronomical . This is a storage for a nonprofit and we had been here almost 3 years and rent went to 120 to 200 for a loyal customer this is unfair I found a cheaper on by over half we don’t need as much space . Instead of contacting say hey we are increasing the rent do you still need this large space we have some smaller cheaper ones but no no courtesy.
