I had a great experience at this Public Storage location, all thanks to Jalah! From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and super helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole rental process smooth and stress-free. It’s not often you come across customer service that genuinely makes you feel welcomed and taken care of, but Jalah definitely did that. The facility was clean, organized, and well-managed, which gave me a lot of confidence storing my belongings here. If you need storage and want someone who actually cares about helping you, ask for jalah . She’s amazing!

1 star becuase negative stars is not a choice. I have 2 units that I recently payed for. Now I have a breach of contract for organizing my storage units. I dont believe the staff has any knowledge of the contract becuase what they are claiming is not in the contract or any stated rules. Im out nearly $1500 with storage and uhual fees amongst possibly loosing significant items from family. BTW units have no light and you will receive no assistance in the matter.

I would like to say this property is amazing. The employees are amazing and specifically one employee Nora. She is a very understanding person and she understands what people go through in life when you’re going through tough times she’s a really great employee and very very caring she is an amazing person as an employee. I recommend she get a raise or a higher Managment position. I wish there were more people like her out there in the world.
