From making the reservation to getting a storage was not difficult. Especially when I showed up late on a Sunday and nobody was actually there but a man stayed on the phone with me and he was professional and patience with me. They have good rates and affordable. I was a happy customer and if I need them again I will be back.

Decent prices but bad area, no real parking, remote access to gate only works periodically, and never once has a staff person been there when I tried to contact someone. I've had some very sketchy people approach me inside where the units are and I don't go in alone or without Mace. There are cameras but I can never get ahold of anyone so not sure those are that helpful. All of that said, I've had a large outside facing unit for about 6 months and had no issues with damage or missing items so it has been worth the price and a few inconveniences. Edited: I added a star because the manager of that location called me. She gave me the direct phone number for that location so if something happens in the future, I can reach them. It doesn't automatically mean the issues I mentioned aren't still valid, but I'm willing to give them credit for good customer service. If anything else changes in the future to alter my experience, I'll adjust the rating to match.
