Scott was very informative and patient with me being that I had a million and one questions. He got straight to the point and addresses all my storage needs . Ended up getting a unit that I’m satisfied with need more caring people like Scott 10 out of 10 service for sure

I had such a great experience at my storage unit thanks to Daniel. I just moved alone to Vegas and don’t have anyone here to help me with the big, heavy things. I was struggling with a file cabinet that had to be over 200 lbs, and Daniel jumped in to help without a moment’s hesitation. He answered all my questions, made me feel welcome, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you SOOOO much, Daniel — your kindness made a huge difference during a stressful move! Highly recommend this location because of employees like him.

I have a basement unit here and they recently changed the security system and removed my access to the ground floor which is the only floor with a bathroom?? Is that even legal? I rent here just like every other tenant but I'm not allowed access to facilities? To make it worse no one is in the office, on property or answering calls. This is terrible customer service. Honestly unacceptable.

Never had an issue with this storage place! The staff is friendly; Natalie has always been helpful and diligent in lock checks (I didn’t close mine all the way once and she was fast to check in). It’s very clean and easy to access.
