While the access to the actual facility is easy and convenient, their website and support is awful. I have never used such a poorly designed site in my life. You would think with the bevy of AI resources available that they would be able to better design one, but nope. The pay button inside of the account management panel doesn't work, not even as a guest. Beyond that, they have raised the rent to more than a car payment for a storage unit. Even though I am renting a larger unit, a $410+ payment is outrageous and not "competitive" especially since it is not the size they advertised. I would not recommend this place unless you absolutely need something in town.

Disappointed on what 20x10 looks like. Measured the unit it's 19x9 and that's not included the unusable space due to support beams. Had to rent a second unit to fit all of my stuff.

False advertising! They rented me a 10x50 storage unit when I went to move in it looked short to me so I measured it and it's 10 x 39. I was still willing to rent it at the corrected rate but they wouldn't agree to that and maintained that it is in fact 50 ft long. I have several other units at this location and the rent goes up several times a year in two years my rent has gone up 50%. I was willing to put up with that because the units are very convenient to my house and new and clean but trying to rent me a unit that is smaller than advertised is the last straw for me
