They are a terrible company. Do not use them! I have had several months where I have been charged a different amount. They messed up my auto pay. Then they tried to charge me late fees because somehow the auto pay didn’t transfer when the new company purchased them. I have stored a vehicle with them for over a year Without having it insured because it’s in Storage. Now that a new company has taken over they are requiring you to have full coverage insurance on a vehicle that is in storage. Since I do not have that they are charging me an additional $12 Per month. If I was not currently in Florida, I would come and take my vehicle out of their storage unit. They are charging me for covered storage, but my vehicle is parked outside in a field. They are a complete rip off and not worth the money do not use them!!

We have been with All Purpose Storage in Auburn for many, many years. The staff have always been helpful and easy to deal with. And an extra thank you to Andre! He is friendly and quickly returns our calls and texts. He is an asset to APS

Only giving one start because it makes you. My disabled mother rented for 4 years there and when a light bulb blew they wouldn’t help her put a new one in. Then when it was time for her to move out she sent the necessary photos to the text message thread and then sent her threatening text messages on July 4th that she was going to be put in collections for half the months rent. When she called to work the situation out the representative said managers don’t work holidays and that was a ridiculous request, but it’s not ridiculous for them to threaten people on a holiday. Crazy!! There was rat dropping all over the unit and hallways and everything had to basically be thrown away because of the mold infestation. Your belonging would be safer outside than in this building and the customer service is the worst I have ever encountered.

Had the unit ready when I needed it. Received payment receipt within a couple of days of payment, all broken out clearly. Responded to emails within a day or two and gave a follow up call when I noted I wouldn't need the unit at the end of the month to insure everything was OK. Great service
