Before we even backed our trucks in she was on her way down to make sure the door was on two way just to make our day easier and helped us navigate the facility and find our customers unit. Katherine at Bluebird Self Storage just seriously made my whole week! My current self Storage in Goffstown has informed me they are doubling my rate after the last increase six months ago. . So I’m going back “home” to Bluebird! Katherine was professional and helped me tremendously. I have a great rate that is locked in for a year, And on top of this, they are sending a truck to come and pick up my things FOR FREE and transport them over to their facility! I was a tenant of Bluebird’s for many years and of course, I realize every place has to increase rates over time, but Bluebird never increased it anywhere near what my current self storage place is trying to do. So it’s time for me to leave Extraspace and go back to Bluebird, where I’m appreciated! Thanks for all your help, Katherine!

Friendly and professional staff. The free move in 10x10 was awesome! We used a garage size unit for a few months without any issue. Clean facility and easy to use app. Offered competitve insurance also for our things. We will definitely be a repeat customer when the need arises. Thanks Bluebird!

Love the free move in help! Moved me out of a 3rd story apartment started at 9 am and had couch and all my belongings out and into the storage unit by 11:30. Jonah and Conner were awesome. Treated my things as if they were their own and were on point the whole time. Great Job gents! Can’t recommend them enough.
