I forgot to get her name but my uhaul reservation was giving me trouble verifying online and then wouldn't take my card, but the woman working in the office was so helpful, patient, and friendly the entire time! Definitely made what could have been a huge headache just a minor inconvenience which was no fault of theirs and I appreciate it!

I didn't realize that I could do the registration online so mine was done in the office. The woman at that the desk was great, she explained everything we did from setting me up with my storage space to renters insurance. A very pleasant experience. No glitches, no issues.

Good place for storage and well keep. I would have given 5 stars but the day I tried to rent a space I stopped there 3 times during business hours only to find the office door locked. I also found the online very long 5 to 6 pages of redundancy.

Facility was great but code did not initially work and had to wait almost 20 minutes for someone to open door and provide assistance which was well passed there posted open hours of 9 am. Had to get code working a second time. After that everything was fine but it was a little disconcerting that there is no way to contact anyone after hours if you have a code issue, especially over the weekend when it's the busiest and they only have someone there until 12:30 Saturday, 0 hours Sunday
