I stopped by several times to organize and sort through my things, and each visit reinforced how friendly and welcoming the staff are. They truly made me feel like family, which was especially meaningful for someone new to the area.

The 2 young men epitomized stellar customer service when they arrived. They were personable and friendly and took care of my belongings as if they were their own. My pickup was scheduled at 1:30, they arrived at 1:28 and were done in 12 minutes. Then they unloaded my items in the climate controlled, pristine building with no effort from me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Paige in the office was also extremely knowledgeable and customer service driven. All around outstanding experience

There was this nice young lady at the desk whom was so kind as to watched my baby plants for me while we transferred items in and out of storage! Clean location and easy access to storage facilities and unit locations! Pricing wasn’t bad either.
