I must say the process was easy and the unit was clean and the first floor access was wonderful! The hours of operation are more than adequate and the use of floor dollys and hand trucks was also very convenient. Checking on prices before renting we found that the Storage Barn was one of the better prices in the area as well. I would highly recommend the Storage Barn to anyone looking for storage and if we ever need storage again we would not hesitate to rent here.

I was a long term renter for over three years. There was a persistent problem of water getting into my unit. Had to throw away thousands of dollars worth of furniture due to water damage and mold growing on everything. The only thing the owners did was put a lock so they could access the unit and keep an eye on it after multiple attend to fix the problem. I had to use the unit for a job I had after throwing away all the furniture a little over a year ago. I had to buy pallets to keep everything off the ground. Even now over 12 month after discovering the leak the unit still floods. Thankfully I was able to move out after buying a house with more space. I never received any level of compensation Or discount for the inconvenience of water being in the unit and I know for a fact other units were affected by it. Another friend of mine who always had a unit also just had to throw away countless dollars of furniture due to mold and water. Though your paying extra for the indoor temp control moisture is still an issue in these units.
