I’ve been renting a unit with All Purpose Storage for almost a year now and have always paid consistently and on time. Recently, I ran into an unexpected issue with fraudulent activity on my card, which caused my payment to be about two weeks late. As soon as I was able to move funds to a new card, I paid the balance, including the late fees. What really stood out to me was how understanding and professional they were. I explained that I have been very consistent this past year and asked if the late fees could be waived due to my payment history, and they kindly agreed to credit the fees toward my next bill. That meant a lot to me and showed they value long-term customers. Great communication, fair policies, and genuinely helpful staff. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend them.

Irah was very helpful, she even helped me find the right facility between all of the available units so I could find the best match for me. I have yet to experience the units, but the cuat9mer service and availability was nice.
