Place is looking nice under new corporate owners . I would give 5 stars but I am unhappy with the restrictions on hours of use while paying the same amount as 24 hour access units.. some of us customers work jobs where we are working late and dropping off stuff to our unit isn't option after work i guess.. I am not sure the hours of operation restriction is necessary after years of the security gate being left open under previous owners...

Like how its locked and no one can get in unless they have the code to get in. Like being able to pay my bill online.

#1 easy access plenty of room to drive up unload & drive away #2 my unit was very clean floor, walls, no dirt anywhere no cob webs in corners grounds were also clean. Staff was very polite easy to talk to & when we set up the pass code to have access to the area it didn't work so we called they said they hadn't had time to enter it into system yet gave us another one gate opened they said give us 24 hours to get yours entered use the one we gave you until then. I would recommend their storage area to anyone😊

I've been using all purpose storage for over a year now and it came time to upgrade to a larger unit. I started the process online and hit one point where as an existing customer I wasn't sure what to do. In a matter of seconds my phone rang because their system flagged that I was having an issue and there was a real live human customer service rep ready to help me. (Let me reiterate, they called me to offer help! I didn't have to call a tech line and get routed through 20 minutes of automated menus, a human being called me ready and happy to help - on a weekend no less) Cy was super helpful and had me ready to go in minutes. Can't be any happier!!
