It was quick and easy to set up online. I do wish it was 24/7 access. Not really sure what the 10 pm cut off is for, it's secure access and there are cameras, but oh well, we made it work. I put a light bulb in the first day and both sockets didn't work, I just used a headlamp instead. I probably could have reached out about this, but didn't bother because most times I was accessing after office hours. Two days before moving things out, the light turned on haha, oh well. First month all in with fees and the required lock was $189 for a 10*10 unit. Second month charge was $141, could have kept things in longer but really didn't need to. I wish the month was prorated but it is what it is. Kinda high for the size, but we really wanted a unit we could pull up to rather than having to lug our stuff inside. For the short term, not bad. Plus we got to keep the lock and keys, which is good since they charge $20 for it. It was helpful having the storage close to our place in Manchester. I do wish I had considered the fact that in order to get back on i-93N you need to get on 101 and turn around or go back towards the downtown and then go around the golf course towards exit 8. Kind of a pain, not the worst thing in the world. Also, generally taking a left out of the lot sucks due to oncoming traffic, so if you're in a u-haul or something big and not used to it, it might be a stressful turn. We did fine in our van and truck. I highly recommend a unit that is south facing, it'll get the most sun. This helped a ton with moving in the middle of the winter because it was a bit warmer than the opposite units. The snow melts in front of them, whereas the other ones the snow doesn't get a glimpse of sun, so the snow piles up before their plows can get to them. Saw staff driving around a golf cart a few times we were there during the day time, they waved and seemed friendly. We'd consider it again if they didn't charge another lock fee.

Very friendly people in the office. Very helpful. Facillity was clean and secure over all great experience i would recomend getting a unit there to anyone that needed one.

Non Stop Price increase. They charged me twice, almost double and I had to call them out on it. They did not give any of the Money back nor did they apologized. Just corrected it, simply to increase the amount Months later. No Thank You!

Brandon is the best representative!! he was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the units and what would be the best for me! He definitely deserves a raise and high recognition for his wonderful job!
