I liked when there was a person on site. I understand that the economics may not work out. Regardless, the website works well for bill payment and move out. Text correspondence have always been promptly and politely answered. The storage units are very new and everything is clean and nice.

Carol has been exceptional since day one. She has strong communication skills as well as a pleasant interaction each time communication has been required. Carol helped me when I first rented last year, and has continued to be in touch with anything I needed, as well as when a other unit was leaking and unknown substance, and Carol reached out to make sure my belongings were safe. No matter the day or time, she replied within a reasonable amount of time. Carol also helped me close out my account today, and made it as easy as it possibly could have been.
