I will not use this facility again. My unit was in the very back on the side of the building. There was absolutely no lighting and very little snow removal. It was difficult to get to, and the door was extremely hard to open. I moved out of the unit two weeks prior to my next payment. However, when I called to cancel I was told they do not prorate the fees. I find this to be extremely unacceptable and very poor customer service.

Chelsie, was exceptional! She stayed with me on the phone, while I tried to remove the "red lock" on my unit. She was most helpful. Even though we could not get the lock removed. She arranged to have someone from Property Management, come to my unit on Monday to get the lock removed. She is a wonderful agent! Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable ! Steve Ferrill

Reservation was about as easy as can be. Took care of the payment details on the 10 minute drive over. Akela was a great help.

Very simple process using online everything went great. Update items in storage for 12 days when I opened boxes everything and mouse poop in it, not just a little a lot in everything. Very costly to wash everything as for as clothes bedding, and all dishes, pans, there was no food in my unit so this infestation is throughout units. Was very disappointed no offer of credit to account 😕
