I've been using Extra Space in Cherry Hill for about 3 years. The facilities are clean (much better than the previous storage place I used to use), and I always felt good about keeping my valuables there securely. And every time I've gone, there's always been plenty of carts right by the dock so I can load into the elevator quickly (again, not my experience everywhere else). The staff is excellent. Chris initially helped me when I moved in- I didn't need a very large space and he immediately had a suitable unit at a great introductory discount. Of course that was only temporary, but he was upfront about future rate increases so I felt like I was getting a fair deal (let's face it, rent is going up everywhere and not just for apartments). All policies were spelled out clearly, I got all the monthly payment reminders so I could easily keep track of my expenses, and there was never an issue with payment when I had to update my card info. Now that it's time to go, Emily has been helping me and she is an absolute gem! Very friendly and professional, as soon as I told her I was looking to move out she immediately had options to so I could avoid getting hit for the full next month's rent, and still have a comfortable amount of time to get everything out in stages. When I needed a few days to decide how quickly I would be able to have everything out, she gave me a follow up call exactly when promised. Moving is always stressful enough, so it's great to be able to work with someone who is equal parts pleasant and attentive. Thank you for all your help!

Can’t say enough great things about this Extra Space location. Chris and Emily were fantastic and beyond helpful. I left my unit unlocked once and within the hour I was contacted and they secured it for me until I could come back. Moving in and out was incredibly easy, and I felt very safe having all of our belongings there for over a year. If you are looking for storage needs I HIGHLY recommend this location!

Chris’s customer service skills are awesome! I was reviewing, removing and reorganizing my mother’s unit and having come from over two hours away, greatly appreciated his assistance (needed a flashlight, among other things) and efforts to make my time there as productive and carefree as possible. I highly recommend renting a unit at this location. Thank you Chris! I must also mention Emily as she was also kind and engaging. They both care about their customers.

My experience at the cherry-hill location has been exceptional. My interaction(s) with Emily Robinson have been exceptional. She's professional, understanding & goes above and beyond "my" expectations. Her customer service is unmatched. She's answered any and all questions. I have been referring anyone who asks "why I've been renting there so long" to give it a look see. In my honest opinion, she deserves a raise. These days customer service is crappy at best. But not here. I can't thank her enough. Wardell

Emily was absolutely wonderful to work with! From the moment we walked in Emily was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain all of our options clearly, she answered any of our questions, and made the entire process quick. Not too many people care about providing great customer service now a days but you can tell Emily really cares.
