I had such a great experience at Extra Space Storage. I originally had a box truck coming to unload into my unit, but we quickly realized the space was too narrow and there was a step that a pallet jack just could not get over. I was honestly stressed, but the staff immediately stepped in to help. They switched me to a front unit that had easier access and a much smaller step, and they handled everything super quickly with no price change at all. They were patient and let me take my time unloading the truck, which made a huge difference. They even checked to see if there was a ramp available to help us out. Everyone was kind, calm, and genuinely helpful. The location is also amazing. It is right off the highway, very easy to access, and they have tons of units in all different sizes. Overall such a smooth and positive experience. Highly recommend.

Great doing business with Extra Space Storage so far. I was able to open an account online on a Sunday within minutes and a unit was available for me to access same day. Turns out, I found another Extra Space Storage location closer to my home and the folks at both offices worked with me to issue me a refund at the location where I first signed up and then open a new account for a similar unit at the new location. I got a great deal for a 5x15 room with drive up access, which more than suits my current needs. The facility is well maintained, with adequate security cameras present and the unit was easy to find and very clean. I had the gate access code sent via text, e-mail and on the app, which allows me to easily manage my account and there was a lock waiting for me in the unit. I’m happy to have found Extra Space. Reasonable, competitive pricing. Friendly and responsive customer service all around, but special thanks to Roy at the Cranbury office.

I’ve had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. The manager is absolutely fantastic — professional, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I need. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and feels very secure. The storage space is excellent and exactly what I was looking for. On top of that, the rates are very reasonable compared to other options I looked at. Overall, I’m extremely happy and would highly recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone looking for reliable and affordable storage.

Roy was a pleasure to work with. Good rate and clean place. Was able to store during the end of summer into winter without any issues. Used indoor storage. Unit was good sized fit a full studio apartment inside.
