I had an amazing experience at CubeSmart Self Storage in East Hanover, NJ. From day one, Louis and Roberto have been absolutely outstanding. They are professional, respectful, and genuinely care about the people renting there. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and secure, which gives me real peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, Louis and Roberto went above and beyond to help. They’re knowledgeable, patient, and make the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find management that actually takes pride in what they do, but you can clearly see they do. If you’re looking for a reliable, well-run storage facility with great customer service, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Great experience at the East Hanover, NJ Public Storage! I stored items here for several years and had a good experience overall. When I moved out, property manager Ed (assisted by Dave) responded same day, walked through my empty unit to inspect, adjusted my account so I wouldn't be charged for the next month, and made a follow-up confirmation call to me- all within a few hours. Ed's professionalism and efficiency made the process seamless.

Ed took me around and showed me the 2 units I was looking for… he explained all the options and the costs and walk me through the process of renting and suggested downloading the app which I did. Very helpful especially it was between this location and the Fairfield location, but he said the Fairfield one has Very limited parking and they’re pretty much are equidistant for me.
