I was able to get a great deal over the phone for two units during the President's Day sale, and was able to start moving stuff into my units the next day. I met Wayne in the office to pick up my locks, and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. The whole process was super simple and easy. Two thumbs up!!!

The whole process was very easy - I signed up online with no issues. The facility was affordable and clean, and easy to access. The location was easy to find and navigate using the app, and it was in a quiet area of town so I felt like the facility was extra safe in addition to the normal security measures. Staff members were very kind and helpful with any questions, and made the stresses of moving that much more manageable.
